Come celebrate what OFS has accomplished in 2009 and get the latest on OFS’s efforts to secure the Capitol Theater as its permanent home!  A reception will follow along with a FREE screening of The Thief and the Cobbler, a film the whole family will enjoy.

Proposal to Change the Bylaws

The membership will be asked to vote on the following change

Shall the following change be made to the OFS Bylaws, Article 4, Section 1, the first sentence of the first paragraph:

CURRENT WORDING: The business and property of the Society shall be managed by a board of no less than eight and no more than ten Directors.

PROPOSED CHANGE: The business and property of the Society shall be managed by a board of no less than eight and no more than thirteen Directors.
